Should you still need to receive an invoice from Diane
Jewellery, please take the following steps:

First, check your inbox for an
order confirmation email containing details of your purchased items, shipping
and billing addresses, and the anticipated delivery date. Regarding payment by
credit card, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal, the invoice from Diane Jewellery
will be sent to your email shortly after the order confirmation.

However, inspecting your spam folder is advisable, as occasionally, there may be a delay
of up to 24 hours in the delivery of the invoice email. If the Diane Jewellery
invoice is not in your inbox, please get in touch with our Customer Support
team with your full name and order number for further assistance.

If you encounter a problem with any specified payment methods, kindly utilise the service form to communicate the desired models for purchase and provide your complete address.

Subsequently, you will receive a prepayment invoice containing our bank details, and you will be required to make the payment within seven working days. Upon payment verification (e.g., a bank transfer screenshot), your order will be processed for shipment. Please be aware that invoices for prepayment are only issued in Hong Kong dollars.

If a discount code fails to apply, please consider the following: Confirm that you have adhered to the stipulated conditions, such as minimum order value or quantity. Additionally, ensure that the model is not included in the sale items.

Apply the discount code in the appropriate field during checkout and verify its validity and eligibility with the intended purchase.

Should the issue persist, contact us through the service form with a screenshot of your shopping cart, the discount code, and any error messages encountered for prompt resolution.

Enter the numerical code provided in the designated field at checkout to utilise a voucher or gift card as payment. Gift cards can only be used for online purchases. If you encounter issues with the gift card, ascertain its correct input, remaining credit, and location of use.

Alternatively, contact Customer Support with relevant screenshots for further assistance. Notably, any remaining credit on the gift card can be retained for future purchases and stays active.
